TERMS OF SERVICES

Please take note that I'm not a full-time designer as I have work + other freelance jobs + personal agendas. I work in my free time. I don't reply fast as well, but expect as soon as I've read your messages.By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms of Services stated below.^{• I, the designer have the right to post the finished designs unless requested not to.
• This is a payment first transaction. Whole payment or 75% upfront.
• Payments are non-refundable once I start sending drafts.
• I do rush commissions. However, it will add some fees. Depends on the span of your deadline and commission queue.
• Will constantly send progress whenever I have one. It's okay to ask how is it going but never rush unless rush fees have been paid.
• Will decline the commission if I think I can't make it.
• Revisions are allowed, BUT a limit of 3. Minor adjustments are okay.
• Commission can take 1-4weeks. There may be some delays but rest assured I will let you know! Please consider the following for the turnaround time.
